The RIDE training in Italy was delivered in Naples by Legacoopsociali with the great support of Dedalus Social Cooperative and Power2Cloud, an IT company based in

Naples that offers cloud services and consultancy.

The training lasted from February to June. Its aim was to promote the inclusion of women with migrant backgrounds in the digital job market

through a two-sided program:

- intensive training in digital marketing and e-commerce

- mentoring and coaching sessions to enhance the participants’ opportunities to access a fair and equal job market through job orientation, meetings with

testimonials and coaching about equal opportunities and workers’ rights.
